We are incredibly fortunate to have Chef Chris de Jongh from South Africa as part of our extended Glenbosch family. His experiennce travelling the world from a young age and culinary expertise with a genuine passion for creating unforgettable dining experiences are evident in every dish he crafts. We consider ourselves lucky to have Chef Chris as the creative mastermind in the Glenbosch kitchen, bringing a world of flavors to your table.

His love for wine effortlessly enhances the art of pairing dishes, elevating the dining experience with exquisite food and wine combinations. Chef Chris’s deep appreciation for the nuances of flavors in both food and wine ensures that each bite is perfectly complemented by a carefully selected glass, creating a harmonious symphony for your palate.

CAPE MALAY SQUID (GF, DF)
Cape Malay puree, Raisin Chutney, Coriander Sweet Chili.

PORK BELLY (GF, DF)
Char Siu Pork, Corn puree, Bok choy and hoisin dressing. 

BUTTERNUT RISOTTO (VGM, GF)
Smoked tomato sauce, Fresh crispy basil and shaved parmesan cheese.

 

Main Meal’s
EYE FILLET (GF) (+$5)
Medium Rare Eye fillet served with polenta fries, blue berry gel, onion puree, onion fondants, onion jus, crispy beef tendons. 

WHITE FISH
Barramundi, Pomme puree, gnocchi, molecular potato crisp, vinegar gel and tigers milk.

BROCCOLI STEAK
With chickpea, broccoli steak, citrus glaze, dukkah ( VG, GF, DF )

STRAWBERRY AND CREAM
Whipped basil and vanilia panna cotta mousse, fresh strawberries, strawberry consomme, roasted cashews and vanilla meringue.

Caramel peppermint mousse, chocolate soil, chocolate fudge and chocolate ganache.

Vanilla bean ice-cream served with a shot of coffee and coffee hazelnut Gin

WHAT GUESTS SAY

An amazing meal at sunset, in a stunning location. We chose the 5-course Chef's Table Experience and it surpassed our expectations- it was colourful, innovative, flavour-driven and wines were perfectly paired with each of the dishes.
Having thoroughly enjoyed our pre-dinner gin cocktails, we purchased a bottle of the Honey Rooibos. We look forward to visiting regularly and enjoying the seasonal menus. Well done!

Our dining experience at Glenbosch was superb. We opted for the 5 course Chefs Table at $105pp was well priced. Courses were "fashionably" small, but we certainly didn't come away still feeling hungry. Table service was great, we were well informed, all questions answered simply and clearly. A lovely dining experience.

If the online booking system shows as unavailable, don’t hesitate to give us a call to make sure as we do get last minute cancellations. 
Please note that for group reservations more than 5, we request credit card details as a holding fee, which will be released upon your visit. Unfortunately, we’ve encountered instances of large groups making bookings and not showing up, prompting the need for this precaution.
