Thank you so much for everything you did to make our wedding so incredible last week. Nika, you made the whole process so calm and stress-free. You were so incredibly accomodating and made everything so easy. It was so nice not having to stress about our wedding venue as we knew we were in perfect hands.
The accomodation was truly stunning and was the perfect backdrop drop for all of our getting ready photos the morning of our wedding.
The food and drinks were amazing! The grazing board was next level amazing! I had so many guests compliment your waitresses saying how lovely they were.
The coordination throughout the day was amazing. It was so lovely not having to worry about anything.
We would choose Glenbosch a thousand times over for our wedding venue. We couldn’t recommend you enough.

WEDDING QUESTIONS
Your wedding day is a tapestry of love, and we’re here to weave the perfect story for you. Here are answers to some of the most common questions we receive:
Is the cottages included in venue hire?
Yes, all 4 our cottages is included in your venue fee. You can book it for the wedding party or get guest to pay their part.
Can we use your furniture?
Yes, any of our furniture can be used at no extra cost.
Do you provide drinks or food packages?
Yes we do, you can do BYO, cash bar or a drinks package. You can use in house catering or get a food truck.
DO YOU HAVE A CONTRACT?
Yes, you will sign a wedding contract when you pay the deposit ($3500) to secure your date. The wedding contract package details can be edited up to 3 months before the wedding with the amount of people can still be edited up to 3 weeks before wedding.
Is there a breakage or cleaning fee?
No cleaning fee will be charged if the venue is left how you got it. Glass breakage will be charged at between $15 per glass. Other brakages or damage will be replacement cost.
What's included with the Wedding Coordination?
Our event coordinator will be there to assist you during the significant days, ensuring you can relax without any worries. Two wedding planning meetings are scheduled to go through the details before the wedding. This ensures the coordinator is well-informed about vendor responsibilities and the flow of events on both the day before the wedding and the wedding day itself. It’s our way of ensuring everything runs smoothly and according to your vision. Also just a call away if you need some reassurance of your plans.
We have a big wedding, can we hire extra staff?
We can hire staff for you for the night at an extra cost.
You are a winery and distillery, do we need to use your wine and spirits?
Yes, no other wine is allowed, without the wine, there would be no Glenbosch, same with spirits, so you will use our wine and spirits but it’s a win as you only pay for what you use.
