A True crowd pleaser, absolutely good with your favourite tonic, just soda and fresh lemon or in a cocktail

Ginacolada

Ingredients

  • 30ml Gin
  • 75ml Coconut Water
  • 75ml Pineapple Juice
    *Just Pour on ice with fresh or tin pineapple

Berry Sour

It’s always a good time for a Berry Cocktail, this one is easy to make with things your probably already have.

 

Ingredients

  • Cloves Sour
  • 3-4 Raspeberries/berry
  • 15ml Sugar syrup
  • 45ml Gin
  • 15ml Lemon
  • Egg white or pavlova powder
    *Crush the berries and shake the cocktail
    *You can make sugar syrup by adding 1:1 radio water and sugar and let it boil. We just need sugar to melt, you can also use sugar alternatives. I love mine with Stevia.

SUNSET GIN

Sunsets are my favourite time of day, why not celebrate with a cocktail that fits…

 

Ingredients

  • 30ml Gin
  • 30ml Sofi Grapefruit Lavender
  • Soda / Lemonade (Cold)
  • 1 Hibiscus Flower
  • *Shake without lemonade/soda and flower.
    *Add to glass and put in flower, then top with soda or lemonade, your flower will dance in the bubbles.
    *You can make sugar syrup by adding 1:1 radio water and sugar and let it boil. We just need sugar to melt, you can also use sugar alternatives. I love mine with Stevia.

GIMLET

Quick and easy, and very fresh, especially on a hot day.

 

Ingredients

  • 30ml /45ml Gin
  • 15ml Lime
  • 15ml Sugar Syrup
    *Shaken or Stirred. Can be topped with soda. 

GIN MOJITO

This one is good with Gin or Rum and a twist on the old favourite.

 

Ingredients

  • 30ml Gin
  • 30ml Elderflower Syrup
  • Top with soda or lemonade
  • Muddled Lime
  • Muddled Mint (not too much)
    *Sir on ice, not shake
