This Cabernet Sauvignon is from old wines grown on the granite soils of Beechworth. The terroir allows us to beautiful floral and ripe cherry notes on the nose and a rich spice and earthy flavours on the pallet. Aged in French oak barrique barrels for 18 months prior to bottling. This wine was made to be cellared for 3-5 years at least.
