Our single barrel Nebbiolo is a premium wine harvested from the oldest Nebbiolo vines in Beechworth Wine Region. The making of this wine was inspired by the tradisional wine making styles of Piemonte, Italy. Aged in neutral French Oak barrels for 3 years prior to bottling. This Nebbiolo showcases beautiful rose, cherry, plum and leather amoras. On the pallet your will discover a delicately balanced acidity, full structure and an earthy dry finish.
